- You fill in the form on this site. Consequently you agree
to the reservation conditions.
- We’ll send you a provisional confirmation within a
few days by mail, with the invoice for the total charge amount.
- Payment of the required deposit* within 10 days will fully
confirm reservation.
- Your bank statement is your proof of reservation |
| 2 Hiring period |
| The hiring period is
1 week minimum and starts on saturday at 16.00 p.m and ends
on saturday at 10.00 a.m. |
| 3 Payment |
*Deposit is 30% of
the total sum of the invoice and must be paid within 10 days
after the invoice has been sent.
The remainder of the rental fee must be paid at the latest one
month before the start of your hiring period.
For reservations made with less than a month before the start
of the hiring period, the total hiring fee must be paid directly
after receipt of the invoice. |
| 4 Guarantee sum |
The guarantee sum of
€150,- also must be paid at the latest one month before
the start of your hiring period.
Within 5 days after your departure this amount will be returned
to your account, possibly after deducting costs for heating**
or damage. |
| 5 Energy |
**Reasonable use of
gas, water and electricity is included in the price.
Surplus, for example wood used for the fire, will be charged
as an extra, at the end of your stay. |
| 6 Cancellation |
For cancellation in
writing, up to 2 months before the commencement date of
your booking period, you will be re-imbursed 50% of your advance
payment.
- For cancellation less than 2 months and longer than 1 month
from your commencement date, you will not be entitled
to any re-imbursement of your down payment.
- For cancellation less than a month before the hiring date,
you will be obliged to pay the entire sum of the rental period
for which you have booked.
We recommend, if desired, that you take out cancellation
insurance. |
| 7 Cleaning |
| A final cleaning charge
of €50,- per week of hire is obligatory. We only ask you
to pass the broom through the house before you leave. |
| 8 Linen |
You may bring your
linen with you. It is also possible to rent it as indicated
in the scale of charges.
The bedroom for two persons has a bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters
with a duvet of 2 by 2 meters.
The large bedroom for two to four persons has 2 beds of 1.40
by 1.90 meters with duvets of 1.40 by 1.90 meters. |
| 9 Domestic animals |
| Domestic animals may
be admitted by prior arrangement only. We will welcome your
pets but do ask you to consider our free range chickens and
ducks well being. |
| 10 Control inventory |
Directly after arrival
the tenant must check the inventory for presence, good function
and/or damage.
If, within the first 24 hours, no report has been made of inadequacies/discrepancies,
the tenant from that moment on will be responsible for the inventory. |
| 11 Liability |
During the stay the
tenant is responsible for the rented house, and everything that
comes with it.
We recommend travel or vacation insurance not only to cover
yourself against loss or accidents, but also to cover yourself
against accidental damage to the property or its contents. |
